Easter Weekend

Rachael, Mitch, Adam, and Rose came out to visit over Easter weekend, and we had a great time! It's so nice to have people staying in the house with us. :-) We had a pretty relaxing time... went out downtown, ate some Smokestack KC BBQ, walked around campus and the engineering labs, and went out to the Flint Hills for an afternoon.

We generally ate way too much food (it's really difficult to stop eating Kansas City BBQ once you start...). It was great to get caught up on what everyone has been up to - Rose, you have a legally insane boss, and Mitch, you have some pretty funny work stories. :-)

In other news, I have been feeling much less pukey and horrible now that I am out of the first trimester. The pregnancy is about 4 1/2 months along already! I felt the baby move for the first time over the weekend, and it felt just like a little feather-duster moving around. :-) It was pretty cool, and made me very happy. Our next sonogram is scheduled in about 3 weeks, and that's the one that should tell us if we're having a baby boy or a baby girl! Aaron and I are both really excited about finding out!
