Summer is in full swing. I've been keeping pretty busy at work and at home... I guess that's good. For all our busy-ness, it seems like I should have more to write about. Funny how that tends to work.

Ceci is doing well. She's getting pretty close to turning 10 months old already. She's getting two teeth at the same time (number 5 and 6), and that has ruffled her feathers a little bit the last couple of days. She got over a pretty nasty bug this week; she had been feeling crummy for about 13 days! We were all glad that she started feeling better - dealing with her teething is far, far easier than virus symptoms. Plus, her toothy grin is unbelieveably adorable.

Among other things, one thing that came from our visit to Children's was something called hip-helpers. Ceci is now sporting some super-stylin black lycra bike shorts with a seam between the two pant legs. :-) They're intended to help keep her from being "froggy-legged" all the time, and theoretically will help her learn to crawl, and will help her roll easier. Personally, I think the good doctor just likes old-school bike shorts. Ceci is not a fan. She apparently is quite fond of her froggy-stance - either that, or she really hates the bike shorts. Either way, I can't really blame her!
